2027: Outrage over Borno commissioner’s threat to flog non-APC supporters

Outrage, yesterday, trailed threats by Borno State Youth and Sports Development Commissioner, Sainna Buba, to flog those who refuse to supoort the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the 2027 general elections.
