Former Governor of Kano State and vice presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Rabiu Kwankwaso, has criticised the newly constituted All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council for the 2027 general election.

[Leadership] Dr Mary Idele has expressed appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing her as Secretary of the Women Mobilisation Directorate of the Presidential Campaign Council.

Kwankwaso said the 2027 presidential election would provide Nigerians with an opportunity to decide whether to retain the current administration or seek an alternative.
