Zelensky Marks Olenivka Anniversary, Confirms 9,613 Prisoners of War Freed

President Volodymyr Zelensky honored victims of the Olenivka prison camp killings on Tuesday, July 28, where more than 50 Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) died. He said 9,613 people have been returned from Russian captivity since the beginning of Russia’s war in 2022, although thousands more still remain under captivity.
