Zambales village cut off after river currents wash away bridge

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — A village in neighboring San Marcelino town remained isolated for a second day on Monday after strong river currents swept away its main bridge, cutting off residents amid continued rains brought by the southwest monsoon. The San Marcelino Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) said the Sto. Tomas River
