MANILA, Philippines — Zambales and other portions of Luzon were placed under yellow rainfall warning due to enhanced southwest monsoon or habagat on Saturday morning, the state weather bureau said.  In a rainfall warning issued at 8 a.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that yellow warning was raised over the
