Back in the 1980s, during the armed conflict that gripped El Salvador, Zacamil was the site of massacres. But today, dozens of artists are restoring the historic neighborhood with murals. The project aims to reclaim public spaces, rebuild the social fabric, and restore dignity to a devastated area
