YSRCP leaders stage protest demanding CBI probe into irregularities in DSC exam in Anantapur
Relay hunger strikes began outside the Anantapur Municipal Corporation office premises under the leadership of YSRCP Anantapur district president Anantha Venkatarami Reddy on Thursday demanding a CBI inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the District Selection Committee (DSC) exam in Vijayawada and the resignation of HRD Minister Nara Lokesh.Mr. Venkatarami Reddy strongly condemned the attack on party leader and former MLA Malladi Vishnu by TDP MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao and his followers while he was staging a protest at Mutyalampadu following a call given by the party high command over the issue.Activists from the YSRCP youth wing and trade unions, along with YSRCP leaders from Divisions 1 through 13 participated in the strike on the first day.
