Youths charged over alleged fatal attack of Melbourne shop owner bailed

A 12-year-old boy and two 14-year-old girls are granted bail after being charged with a number of offences including affray and intentionally causing serious injury, while a 15-year-old charged with manslaughter remains in custody.
