In an era where collections often take place just once a fortnight, or sometimes even less regularly, being left with a full bin for a couple of weeks presents a genuine problem.‌Bin collectors, like anyone else, are capable of making mistakes, and when they are emptying hundreds or even thousands of bins each day, some will inevitably be missed.
