Youngsters seen tombstoning from dangerous 65ft cliff known as 'Dead Man's Cove' where dad plunged to death

Locals said they had seen tombstoning at Plymouth Hoe but stressed this time it "seemed extra dangerous" given the rocks below were clearly visible and it was not even high tide
