He was also found in possession of mobile phones and drug paraphernalia.‌Malachy Lothian, 20, was visited by police at his home in Newport in May last year where a search of the property, in the Glan Llyn estate, in Llanwern, resulted in the discovery of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine and cannabis.‌There was also £5,764 at the house.
