Yoon & Yang hires Spencer Park to strengthen cross-border practice

South Korean law firm Yoon & Yang said Tuesday it has appointed Spencer G. Park, a California-qualified lawyer with nearly three decades of experience in cross-border transactions and global investment, as a senior foreign attorney in its Corporate Advisory Group. Park will advise Korean and multinational companies, financial institutions and investors on overseas mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and international real estate transactions, the firm said. Before joining Yoon &
