Yankees need to 'shoot higher' that these 2 Angels trade chips at deadline
The New York Yankees have multiple areas of need for their roster ahead of next week's trade deadline. Now that Cody Bellinger is out for 4-6 weeks with a hamstring strain, the Yankees are missing the following players from their lineup: Bellinger, Aaron Judge, and Giancarlo Stanton. Those are three of New York's highest-paid position players who have or will miss a significant amount of time. It's clearer than ever that the Yankees need more bats. The lineups they've rolled out recently are not going to lead to many wins, which puts pressure on the pitching staff.
