World’s youngest reigning monarch dies at just 34

The ruler of the Tooro Kingdom in western Uganda died on Thursday. The kingdom's Prime Minister Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki announced his death the following day. The cause of death has not been disclosed, but local media reported that Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving treatment in the US.It marks the end of a reign that began in 1995, when he succeeded his father as king.
