Gorseinon Workingmen’s Club, which once served miners and tinplate workers, has three cellar rooms, a stage and a snooker room. It closed as a social club in 2023.‌The building was put up for auction with a guide price of £100,000 and went for £140,000 with the sale completing in February this year.
