Workers are spending 6.4 hours a week "botsitting" AI, a Glean report found.
Botsitting involves feeding AI context, debugging mistakes, and cleaning up errors.
It's encouraging more workers to look for other roles, researchers said.
AI is supposed to save workers time. Instead, some employees report spending hours every week cleaning up after it.
