Woods Richardson, McAdoo back with Blue Jays for series opener against Red Sox

The Toronto Blue Jays have selected right-handed pitcher Simeon Woods Richardson to their major-league roster and recalled infielder Charles McAdoo from Triple-A Buffalo ahead of their series-opening game Monday against the visiting Boston Red Sox.
