Women unite in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram for ‘Resurge’ celebrating safety and empowerment in public spaces

Students, hostellers, working women, activists all took part in ‘Resurge – Safe Women, Safe Kerala’ that was organised by the Women and Child Development department
