Woman pleads not guilty to manslaughter over 3-year-old son's death

A woman charged with manslaughter following the death of her three-year-old son has pleaded not guilty.Police were called to an address on Kerr Street in Auckland's Devonport about 11pm on January 1 where the child was found dead.The 33-year-old woman appeared in the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday where the not guilty plea was entered.She was granted interim name suppression until at least 1 October.The woman, who was supported in court by her parents, had her bail continued.More to come...
