Woman grazed by bullet on NYC street — third innocent bystander shot in Brooklyn within 48 hours

The 52-year-old woman was walking near the Glenwood Houses NYCHA complex in Flatlands when she was grazed by a bullet in the left arm Monday afternoon, police said.
