Woman and two babies in hospital after car and 10A bus crash in Rainhill

Just before 10.30am on Friday, July 31, police received a report of a crash involving a bus and a grey Audi A3 on Warrington Road, at the junction of Chatsworth Road.‌Emergency services attended the scene and the people in the car, a woman aged in her 40s and two babies, were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries.‌Inquiries are ongoing to establish the extent of any injuries sustained by those on the bus, but none are believed to have been serious at this stage.‌Road closures are currently in place and drivers have been asked to avoid the area while emergency services deal with the incident.Diversio
