A 70-year-old woman and a 68-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of illegal money lending and money laundering after officers carried out a warrant at an address in the Dingle area on Wednesday morning (July 22).‌The operation was carried out by the England Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) in partnership with Merseyside Police.
