Clare Evans, 32, from the Rumney area of Cardiff, was found unresponsive at her home on Abergele Road on February 3.In an inquest opening at Pontypridd coroners' court on Thursday it was heard Ms Evans was admitted to the University Hospital of Wales resuscitation unit after being found unresponsive in bed at home. Despite hospital care Ms Evans died the following day on February 4.A post-mortem examination was carried out by pathologist Dr Meleri Morgan on February 9 and a provisional cause of death was given as "indeterminate".Coroner Rachel Knight said opening an inquest into Ms Evans' death was mandato
