With Katerina Brown's exit, what now for Historic Environment Scotland - more drama?

One thing I am sure the 1600 people working for Historic Environment Scotland want right now is a period of calm and stability as they get on with their jobs protecting and promoting hundreds of Scotland's most important historic buildings and sites.
