Windsor launches EOI for former W.D. Lowe Secondary School site

The City of Windsor officials say they are taking a significant step forward in the city’s Housing Solutions Made for Windsor (HSMFW) strategy by launching the Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Former W.D. Lowe Secondary School site.
