Whistleblower says USPS mail-in voting restrictions could discard thousands of legal ballots

WASHINGTON, Sept 1 - A whistleblower told Congress that the U.S. Postal Service is moving forward with plans to restrict mail-in voting that could result in thousands of legitimate ballots being discarded.
