Déjà Vu, the show’s announcer, led the show with Consuelos, where they sat down with Chrissy Metz and Cristo Fernández. Déjà is one of a lineup of the guest co-hosts filling in for Ripa as she recovers from gum graft surgery. This week’s episodes of Live, though new, were previously recorded. A production source confirmed to DECIDER that the Live family is taking their annual summer break this month, but fans can still enjoy brand new content until the season ends on Aug. 28.
