Last week, the woman who leads HR messaged me to say that she had put a meeting on my calendar for the end of the day. This of course ruined my entire day. When I entered the meeting, it was her and one other person, who said she was there to observe as outside counsel. They said that I wasn’t in trouble and not to worry.
