Welsh teenager in Chinese hospital after charity bike ride crash

Dyfan Hughes, 18, is in hospital in China after suffering head, neck and leg injuries during an extraordinary 6,000-mile bike ride from Wrexham to Thailand, which he is undertaking with two friends
