Well-known Napa Valley winery faces $37M foreclosure and could head to public auction

A popular winery in Napa Valley could soon be sold at public auction after foreclosure proceedings were initiated over a property tied to Signorello Estate Winery involving more than $37 million in debt. Signorello finally reopened just two years ago after the devastating 2017 Atlas fire, and is now at risk of closing over millions in unpaid construction loans connected to the property, the Napa Valley Register reported. Napa County Recorder’s Office records show the Silverado Trail property is scheduled for two trustee sales on Aug. 21. Signorello Estate Winery could soon be sold at auction.
