The Minister for Health, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, says the delayed operationalisation of the 120-bed Weija Children's Specialist Hospital is due to the contractor's failure to complete and hand over the facility, stressing that the Ministry is ready to begin operations once the outstanding issues are resolved.
