The sentient wheelie bin has become Nigel Farage’s biggest threat as his only opponent in the Clacton-on-Sea by-election. Count Binface has pledged to fix a number of gripes which range from abolishing VAR, nationalising Adele and capping the prince of a 99 flake to 99p.
