Merseyside Police announced this afternoon (July 13) that Stephen Dumbell, 56, from Fairfield, is wanted on a no bail warrant after failing to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court twice to answer charges for drug offences and handling stolen goods.‌Dumbell is described as 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, grey hair and blue eyes.
