Walmart and Sam’s Club finally answer pleas for easy new payment option to speed up check-out

Tap-to-pay options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more are finally coming to Walmart and its subsidiary Sam’s Club. Walmart announced Friday that tap-to-pay will be available beginning August 24 at select Walmart and Sam’s Club locations, and will roll out to all stores by the end of 2026.
