Vu Lan festival held at Vajrayana stupa in Vietnam

The Vu Lan Festival will take place from Aug. 12 to 19 at Tay Thien Mandala in Dai Dinh Commune in Phu Tho Province, led by His Eminence Thuksey Rinpoche and a monastic delegation from the Drukpa Lineage in India.
