VIT Chancellor calls on Union Civil Aviation Minister; seeks opening of new airport in Vellore

Rammohan Naidu in New Delhi on Thursday.According to a press release, Mr. Viswanathan urged the Minister to accelerate the remaining works at the new airport in Vellore on the Chennai-Bengaluru National Highway (NH-48) and make it operational at the earliest.
