‘Vibrant’ grandmother, 82, allegedly killed by illegal immigrant in Publix parking lot: ‘A potential flight risk’

Carlos Suarez-Contreras allegedly ran over 82-year-old Deborah Murphy in a Publix parking lot, and was in the country illegally from Venezuela.
