VGP acquires 294,000 sqm plot for new industrial park in Oradea

01 September 2026 Pan-European real estate developer VGP announced that it acquired a 294,000 sqm land plot near Oradea in western Romania for a new logistics and industrial park. VGP Park Oradea is planned to offer an initial lettable area of 133,000 sqm for logistics, light industrial, and commercial activities. The site is located close to the DEx16 expressway and the Borș border crossing with Hungary. It also offers access to Oradea International Airport and the city’s railway station. VGP said the location would provide connections to major European transport routes for companies involved in cross-border distribution, manufacturing, and regional supply chains.
