Venezuela Names Its US Ambassador as Head of Foreign Policy, Trade

Venezuela’s Acting President Delcy Rodríguez merged the government’s foreign policy and international trade ministries into a single office headed by Caracas’s ambassador to the US, Félix Plasencia.
