Venezuela Earthquake Damage Put at US$19.6 Billion

The World Bank has estimated that direct physical damage from the twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, 2026, totals approximately US$19.6 billion, a figure representing about 18% of the country's gross domestic product.
