Venezuela Dollarization Bill Drafted by US Economist Steve Hanke

US economist Steve Hanke has drafted a bill to dollarize Venezuela's economy, replacing the bolívar and closing the central bank. The proposal, however, has no official adoption or government endorsement yet.
