US taxpayers should not have to fund DEI in California

Judge William Orrick strikes again. The Barack Obama-appointed judge for the Northern District of California has blocked the Trump administration from cutting off federal grants to cities that use discriminatory "diversity, equity, and inclusion" (DEI) policies.
