US sanctions International Criminal Court president, senior lawyer
WASHINGTON, Aug 18 (Reuters) - The U. S. imposed sanctions on Tuesday on the International Criminal Court's president and a senior trial lawyer at the court, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
