The move suggests Washington does not expect a return to full-scale fighting in the immediate future.According to an internal State Department document cited by NYT, Foreign Service officers could begin returning to their posts as early as this week. The plan covers US diplomatic missions in Israel, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, Iraq and Kuwait.The US Embassy in Lebanon is expected to be the first to receive returning diplomats, although it will continue operating below full staffing. Under the plan, staffing would e
