US Agrees to Monthly Patriot Missile Deliveries, Zelensky Says

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Aug. 8 that despite an agreement with the United States for monthly deliveries of Patriot air defense missiles, the current volumes are insufficient and lower than in previous years. Speaking during a joint press conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić in Belgrade, Zelensky noted that Ukraine is actively lobbying European partners, particularly Germany and Poland, to cover the shortfall.
