United Nations prepares Venezuela’s post-earthquake reconstruction plan

The Delcy Rodríguez government, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, and CAF are taking part in the post-disaster assessment, while controlled demolitions of damaged buildings begin in La Guaira
