Unemployment rate falls to 5.3% in the second quarter in Portugal

The unemployment rate stood at 5.3% in the second quarter, the lowest figure since 2011 and 0.6 percentage points lower than in the same period of the previous year, as per data released by the National Statistics Institute (INE).
