Underage riders driving motorcycle crashes, union claims

The National Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Commercial National Motor Riders Union, Setsoafia Quarshie Pascal, has attributed most motorcycle crashes on Ghana’s roads to the increasing number of underage riders.
