Under-construction seven-storey building collapses in Kondapur, neighbour injured

The building, reportedly being constructed on a 50-square-yard plot adjacent to a drain, suddenly collapsed and tilted towards a neighbouring apartment complex in the Whitefields area, causing partial damage to the structure
