UN aid chief warns Russian drones threaten civilians and aid work in Ukraine

The intensifying use of drones against civilians and humanitarian workers is a dangerous obstacle for aid operations in Ukraine, the U.N.’s humanitarian chief, Tom Fletcher, said on Wednesday.
